Located before the Acraman Campground after just exiting the Bunyeroo Gorge on the left hand side of the road, is the Buneyroo Carpark. It is a rather large car park for the region, and is well worth the stop to admire this view.
It is one of the places on earth where I never tire of the view. What is it about this place the inspires me?
Is it the majesty of the mountains?
The dry wooded landscape, showing so much evidence of frequent floods?
The ultra blue skies that envelop the land?
What ever the attraction is, I find myself at home and in awe of God, to have made a place on earth that touches my spirit where I can immerse myself into the landscape. It refreshes my spirit, just looking at the photo, and remembering the visit to this harsh yet inviting place.
